I’m Andrew Ayers. I’ve run a solo estate planning and business law firm in the Twin Cities since 2016.

I work on a flat fee, mostly with families and small business owners: wills, trusts, LLCs, operating agreements, the stuff that keeps people’s money and businesses where they want them. Licensed in Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
